MahaindX 2026

MahaindX is an initiative taken by Chamber of Small Industry Associations (COSIA) and Indore Infoline Pvt. Ltd. (IIPL) for Industries in Maharashtra to showcase their capabilities and explore new opportunities for growth. It’s an exclusive Mega Expo for Industrial and Engineering Sector. MahaindX is a distinct platform for MSMEs to present their products and services, network with potential customers and partners, and explore new business opportunities. The Expo is a great B2B matchmaking event where the MSMEs can connect with potential buyers and suppliers. Mahaindx at NESCO, Bombay Exhibition Center, Goregaon, Mumbai, will be the 2nd edition of the brand MahaindX.

  • Additional requirements and amenities will be made available directly by the vendors at additional cost. Rate chart for additional requirements will be made available to the exhibitors 1 month prior to the Expo.

 

INVESTMENT & PAYMENT: 

 Investment:

  • Stall Cost (Non-Members): Rs. 11,000/- per sq. mtr. + 18% GST
  • Stall Cost (Members): Rs. 8,000/- per sq. mtr. + 18% GST
  • The total investment shall be calculated and confirmed after finalization of stall size.

 

Booking & Payment:

  • A booking amount of 25% of the total stall value is payable at the time of application.
  • The balance 75% amount shall be paid on or before 10th April, 2026. 
  • Failure to pay the balance amount by this date shall result in cancellation of registration, revocation of stall allotment, and forfeiture of the amount already paid.

 

Early Bird Discount:

  • An Early Bird Discount of Rs. 500/- per sq. mtr. will be available for bookings made on or before 15th February 2026.
  • To avail this discount, the balance 75% amount must be paid in full by 15th March 2026.
  • If the balance amount is not paid by this date, the Early Bird discount shall be withdrawn and the full applicable rate shall be charged.

 

Membership Proof:

  • Exhibitors availing member rates must submit valid membership proof at the time of application. This offer is available for valid members of association members of COSIA as provided below.
  • Exhibitors should be a valid member of either of an Association: Thane Small Scale Industries Association (TSSIA), Kalyan Ambernath Manufacturers Association (KAMA), Tarapur Industrial Manufacturers Association (TIMA), Additional Ambernath Manufacturers Association (AAMA), Taloja Industries Association (TIA), Taloja Manufacturers Association (TMA), Patalganga Rasayani Industries Association (PRIA), Additional Patalganga Rasayani Industries Association (APRIA), Vasai Industries Association (VIA), Vasai Industrial Manufacturers Association (VIMA), Ulhasnagar Manufacturers Association (UMA), Badlapur Industries Welfare Association (BIWA), TTC MIDC Industries Association (TMIA)

Glimpses of MahaindX 2023

Chamber of Small Industry Associations (COSIA) had organized an Industrial Expo and Conclave – Maharashtra Industrial Expo ‘MahaindX 2023’ for the benefit of MSMEs from Engineering and Allied Sectors at the CIDCO Exhibition and Convention Center, Vashi – Navi Mumbai on 1st, 2nd and 3rd June, 2023. COSIA successfully brought together more than 30 Industrial Associations from Maharashtra for this Expo. Thane Small Scale Industries Association (TSSIA) and Indore Infoline Pvt. Ltd. were the Co-organizers.

MahaindX Expo and Conclave 2023 were inaugurated by the Hon’ble Union MoS Shri Kapil Patil on 1st June, 2023. Also present at this event were Mr. Anjani Kumar Srivastava – Incharge Regional Office and General Manager, Pune Regional Office of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI); Mr. Anil Kulkarni, Vice President – Supply Chain, Defence & Aerospace of L&T Defence; Mr. Sandeep Parikh – President of COSIA; Mrs. Sujata Soparkar – President of TSSIA; Mr. Ninad Jaywant – Hon. Gen. Secretary of COSIA and Co-Convener of MahaindX 2023 and Mr. R K Agrawal – MD Indore Infoline Pvt. Ltd. and Co-Convener of MahaindX 2023.

143 exhibitors participated and 10000 plus business people visited MahaindX in the 3 days of the Expo generating more than 5300 business leads with immediate expected business of INR 150 crores.

The Conclave was also conducted successfully with 17 sessions held across 3 days of the conclave alongwith MahaindX 2023 which was very helpful for the exhibiting and visiting MSMEs. Speakers at the conclave sessions were from L&T Defence, Thermax, GeM, MAITRI, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Mazgaon Dock Ship Builders, Konkan Railway, NMRL-DRDO, Atal Incubation Centre, SIDBI, RXIL and Top consultants.
