The Chamber of Small Industry Associations (COSIA) and Additional Ambernath Manufacturers Association (AAMA), in association with L&T-SuFin – A Brand of Larsen & Toubro Limited, jointly organized an exclusive session on “Creating Efficiencies in Industrial B2B Trade Through a Digital Marketplace” on 15th October 2025 at Krishna Palace Hotel, Ambernath (E), Maharashtra.
The event brought together manufacturers and entrepreneurs from the industrial sector to explore how the L&T-SuFin platform is transforming B2B commerce through digital efficiency, transparency, and integrated services.
The session began with a warm welcome by Mr. Sameer Shirodkar, Secretary – Legal, COSIA, who also moderated the proceedings. The dignitaries present on the dais included Mr. Purushottam Agwan, Vice President – COSIA; Mr. Umesh Tayade, Chairman – AAMA; Mr. Vijay Joshi, Vice President – COSIA; Mr. Makarand Pawar, Vice Chairman – AAMA; and Mr. Nitin Agrawal, Regional Head (Central) – L&T SuFin.
In his welcome address, Mr. Purushottam Agwan spoke about Larsen & Toubro’s strong legacy and the relevance of the L&T-SuFin platform in today’s MSME ecosystem. He emphasized how digital platforms can support MSMEs by improving access to quality products, financing, and logistics under one roof.
Mr. Umesh Tayade, in his opening remarks, discussed the challenges faced by MSMEs in market access and visibility, highlighting how the L&T-SuFin digital marketplace could serve as a bridge between manufacturers and buyers, unlocking new opportunities for growth.
The keynote presentation by Mr. Nitin Agrawal provided deep insights into how L&T-SuFin, an integrated B2B e-commerce platform from Larsen & Toubro, enables industrial players to trade efficiently through its end-to-end digital ecosystem. The platform brings together product discovery, financing, logistics, and payment solutions in a secure and transparent environment—empowering businesses of all sizes to grow and thrive. Since its launch in March 2022, L&T-SuFin has rapidly scaled to connect over 60,000 buyers and sellers, hosting 8 lakh+ SKUs across 50+ product categories and serving 23,000+ pin codes across India. It offers advanced features such as Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive sourcing, working capital and channel financing solutions, trusted seller and buyer profiling, and seamless logistics and payment integrations. An engaging Q&A session followed, allowing participants to interact directly with the L&T-SuFin team. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Ninad Jaywant, Hon. General Secretary – COSIA, followed by a networking dinner that facilitated meaningful B2B discussions among participants.
