The Thane Small Scale Industry Association (TSSIA), a founding member of COSIA, proudly celebrated its Golden Jubilee Year on Monday, 23rd June 2025, marking 50 years of unwavering service to the MSME sector. The event, held in the spirit of MSME progress, unity, and excellence, brought together a vibrant gathering of entrepreneurs, senior industry professionals, and thought leaders from across the region.
The highlight of the evening was a powerful keynote session by Shri. Sameer Shashikant Limaye – Renowned Corporate Speaker, Mechanical Engineer, former businessman, and celebrated Corporate Kirtankar. His session titled “Shri Samarthanche Team Building – For MSME Entrepreneurs in the 21st Century” struck a deep chord with the audience. Through a unique blend of spirituality, leadership, and real-world experience, Shri Limaye delivered compelling insights into effective team building for today’s MSME leaders, drawing inspiration from the wisdom of Samarth Ramdas.
The program commenced with a warm welcome address by Mr. Bhavesh Maru, Hon. General Secretary of TSSIA, setting the tone for the evening. Mrs. Sujata Soparkar, Immediate Past President of TSSIA, eloquently recounted TSSIA’s 50-year journey, highlighting its contributions, challenges, and milestones over the decades. Mr. Sandeep Parikh, President of TSSIA and COSIA, shared his vision for the road ahead, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and policy advocacy for the benefit of small industries.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr. Ninad Jaywant, Chairman of the TSSIA Bhiwandi Chapter, expressing gratitude to all the attendees, speakers, and organizers who made the evening a grand success.
