Thane Small Scale Industries Association (TSSIA) is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on11.02.2025with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) under the Programme for Capacity Building of BMOs (PROMO) scheme.
TSSIA, a leading BusinessMembershipOrganization(BMO) representing over 2600 MSMEs in Thane, Maharashtra, is dedicated to promoting the interests of its members through policy advocacy, problem-solving, skilling initiatives, and knowledge enhancement programs. As the principal financial institution for the promotion, financing, and development of the MSME sector, SIDBI aims to strengthen BMOs by building their capacity, fostering sustainable growth, and providing business support services to their members.
The PROMO scheme aims to enhance the capacity, growth, sustainability, and prosperity of BMOs while strengthening their ability to represent and support their member MSMEs effectively. This collaboration marks a significant step towards empowering MSMEs in Thane and ensuring their long-term success.
Under this MoU, SIDBI will provide various capacity-building and support interventions for TSSIA and in return, TSSIA will facilitate the implementation of these initiatives by providing the necessary infrastructure, business leads, and support as required.
TSSIA looks forward to a fruitful partnership with SIDBI under this initiative and remain committed to fostering a thriving MSME ecosystem.
