Seminar on Client Relationship Management & Data Analysis using Excel

The Thane Small Scale Industries Association (TSSIA) and the Chamber of Small Industry Associations (COSIA), in collaboration with Knowledge Partner – Kohinoor Business School & Kohinoor Management School, successfully hosted a seminar on “Client Relationship Management & Data Analysis using Excel” on 15th February 2025 at TSSIA House, supported by Union Bank of India.

The event attracted over 45 participants, including industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, all eager to gain valuable insights into enhancing business practices and decision-making.

Key Highlights of the Seminar:

The seminar commenced with opening remarks by Mr. Chandrasekhar Shetty, Executive Committee Member of TSSIA, who highlighted the significance of Client Relationship Management (CRM) and its role in fostering business competitiveness. Mr. Vijay Joshi, Vice President of COSIA, then introduced the esteemed speakers.

Session on Client Relationship Management (CRM):

The first session, led by Prof. Devang Nandola, delved into effective CRM strategies that help drive business growth and improve client engagement. Participants received hands-on training and explored critical aspects such as:

Session on Data Analysis using Excel:

The second session, conducted by Dr. Vaishali Pardeshi, Assistant Professor (IT & Systems) at Kohinoor Business School, offered practical knowledge on leveraging Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Attendees learned about various Excel tools and functions to boost business efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Nikhil Sule, Executive Committee Member of TSSIA, expressing gratitude to the speakers and the enthusiastic participants.
